They really should stick to emailing since that’s what I asked for. I did request an insurance quote and got it sent over by email, so no need for phone calls.

I couldn’t tell who was on the line, but it definitely came across as a bunch of people in an office trying to ring up others.

Got a call around 1:20 pm on the 18th of Sept, but they didn't bother to leave any message. Pretty sure it was some sort of car insurance company.
