They've called me 5 times over the last couple days. I just see it as an annoying nuisance when they keep ringing but never leave a message. I always ignore unknown numbers anyway. If they don’t take a moment to say who they are, then they’re not worth my time. So many of these calls are just attempts to scam folks out of money. It's really about time something was done to stop these sorts of calls, it’s a serious issue.

They keep ringing me, sometimes saying they're from 1st Anglian or 1st Direct, depending on what story they're going with. Everytime I pick up, I just hang up straightaway, but they won’t stop calling, which is so annoying. I decided to block their number, but then they just switch to calling from hidden numbers or different phone lines. No idea how this dodgy sales method actually helps them, honestly they ought to get fined for this rubbish.

Got a call from First Home Improvements claiming to be from "The Green Allowance Team" with some voucher deals for home upgrades. I told them to just send the vouchers, but they said they'd need to come round and take measurements first, and that I'd spot plenty of signs in the village from work they’d done. I declined and they just ended the call.

They told me I’d been in a car crash, but I said that’s not right and told them it’s a scam, then I just hung up and blocked the caller.

This number has rung me loads of times. I picked up one time but all I heard was loads of noise in the background, no one talking, so I just ended the call. After a few more rings from them, I looked up the number and saw loads of others getting hassled by it too. Now I just let it go to voicemail, but they never bother to leave any message.

They mentioned they did some work on houses nearby, asked if I noticed their "signs" around and if I wanted anything done at mine. I said no, but he kept pushing about dropping off leaflets and said double-glazing glass only lasts 7 years (mine has been here way longer!). He got quite persistent. Number was 1572.
