As soon as the call came through, I hung up straight away. It sounded like some hectic call centre, and the woman on the line, who I believe was Asian, was saying something about selling me a product, but I couldn’t quite catch what she was on about.

My elderly mum got a call from some people who tricked her. They said she would get a cheaper phone bill but never said who they were. They just asked for her info and she ended up giving it to them.
