Someone rang saying they were from BT. I ended the call but noticed the line stayed open. I ended up unplugging my phone to cut the internet and waited for about 5 mins, but the call was still active. After leaving it for an hour, I checked again and it was still connected. Feels like dodgy behaviour from scammers attempting to access your "network" or something. Proper worrying stuff.
