this bloke said he worked for microsoft. i was too tied up to give him the proper telling off he deserved, otherwise he’d have left with a lot more than just a mild warning!

I picked up one time and there was no one on the line, but they keep ringing my phone over and over.

Just got a call from BT saying they’d cut off my broadband if I don’t pay soon. Honestly, quite stressful was not expecting that! Anyone else had these warnings?
