What a right laugh this is! I just had a call from a lady claiming to represent consumer protection. As soon as I raised an eyebrow at her tale, she went proper sassy, blaming me for receiving so many spam calls, saying that my details, including bank account information, are floating around like confetti. She insisted that only with her "assistance" could I stop foreign firms from dipping into my account. I wished her a lovely day and hung up. Honestly, I reckon that’s the best thing you can do in situations like these!
