The chap on the other end just would not take no for an answer, insisting I was entitled to a refund for some so-called 'hidden mortgage interest'-which is quite absurd since I don’t even have a mortgage! He was shockingly impolite, practically parading his ignorance, and despite his bluster, it was he who ended the call, not me!
