Clearly unsatisfied with this vague response, I insisted they provide a proper title, which they eventually revealed as GTL. However, when I inquired what those letters stood for, they abruptly hung up on me. Naturally, I was rather incensed and promptly called them back to express my discontent. Yet again, when I asked about the meaning behind the initials, their reply was laughably evasive - just some initials, they said. Frankly, I find it hard to believe they’re genuinely linked to the government; it all feels rather shady.
