Just had a call from some spammy outfit peddling solar energy solutions. Definitely a telemarketer, and they seem completely dismissive of the Telephone Preference Service regulations. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Introducing a fresh initiative by the Government to promote sustainable energy sources. Unfortunately, an impolite and persistent salesperson disregarded my request to stop calling me and rudely commented, "enjoy your bills" before abruptly ending the call. It's important to note that I am registered with TPS, which makes this incident even more frustrating.

I keep receiving multiple calls from someone trying to schedule appointments for a solar power survey. Despite repeatedly mentioning that I am not interested, they do not seem to listen. The background noise during the calls suggests they are operating from a call centre. They are always polite but persistent, and it feels like they are trying to wear me down to accept an appointment. The most recent call was received at 1655 on 22nd August 2104.

Today, we received a phone call, despite being registered with TPS. However, when we answered, there was only incoherent noise on the other end and no one said anything before hanging up. Is there any course of action that TPS can take against these individuals?

On 26th June 2014, I received two unnervingly silent phone calls from this unruly group. I have taken the precaution of enrolling with TPS because I have absolutely no intention of purchasing anything from individuals who call without prior arrangement. I believe it is high time for the Government to declare cold calling a criminal act. These vexatious, time-wasting individuals are nothing but bothersome nuisances.

I just received a phone call from someone named Zoe selling solar panels, but the background noise made it difficult to hear. I politely asked her to lower the volume of the radio in their office so that I could understand her better. Surprisingly, she ended the call abruptly and hung up!

Although they claimed to block TPS numbers, they clearly failed as I was contacted.

I received two calls from this particular number. During the first call, the person hung up without saying a word. In the second call, they asked for my husband by saying, "Is Mr. X available?" When I inquired about their identity, they hung up once again. By this point, I was quite annoyed with their impoliteness! I must also mention that we are registered with the TPS, so we should not be receiving unsolicited calls at all!
