Got a missed call on my mobile earlier, didn’t pick up, so I decided to check who it was using this site!

Some bloke rang asking for someone else, but when I told him he’d got the wrong number, he suddenly started saying he might have a service useful for me. Asked if I had life insurance. I told him I actually sell life insurance myself, so didn’t really need what he was offering. Then he said he’d update their records and try to get my number taken off their list so I wouldn’t get more calls. I said alright, but he just kept repeating the same thing again and again, which felt pretty odd. So, in the end, I hung up and blocked the number.

I just received yet another call from a persistent telemarketer attempting to peddle their wares. I'm utterly fed up with these annoying calls that seem to interrupt my day at every turn!

I got a call from someone named Charlie, claiming to be from the UK Consumer Centre - though I couldn’t find them on Safari when I looked it up. They said their company was backed by insure4u and were asking if I had any life insurance and if I wanted cheaper rates. Bit fishy, if you ask me.
