Feels like a right scam to me. They tried saying I owed £79.99 for Amazon Prime, but I'd already payed that to Amazon proper a couple months back. Then they started on about me having loads of Amazon accounts, which just isn't true. They even asked me to shut down all the tabs on my laptop, and that’s when I just ended the call.
