I got a call from a bloke named 'John' who said he was with some solar panel firm, but he never actually told me which one. He was going on about some deal for four homes nearby, but every time I asked him something specific, he just gave vague answers and dodged the questions. Seemed a bit fishy to me, maybe some sort of scam. I hung up pretty quick and ended up blocking the number.

Had a call from a bloke called John claiming to be from some Solar Panel firm in south-west London. He said they were hunting for just four homes to fit panels as some sort of offer. Strange questions too, like if I’m over 85 and about the property type. When I asked exactly which bit of south-west London he was from, he suddenly couldn’t hear me and just hung up. My number’s on the TPS list as well, so not sure how they got through.

Got a call from someone saying they were Joe or Sam about roofing or solar stuff, but I just hung up straight away. Sounds like one of those dodgy scammers trying the same old trick. I even rang the real driveway firm last year and they told me it’s a scam. Just ignore and block!

Picked up the phone and didn’t hear a thing until I barged in with a “hello.” Then some bloke claimed he was from a solar panel firm in SE London, saying they had a deal for four homes in MY AREA. Felt totally like one of those automated sales calls because when I asked which area exactly, he just said thanks and cut me off straight away. Just another useless cold call, honestly a complete timewaster.
