Someone named Tom rang me saying he was following up about some loft insulation they'd supposedly put in. I said, "Have we done that?" because we definitely haven't had any insulation done lately. Then he just cut off the call. It struck me as odd since he never asked for me personally or said sorry for ringing the wrong number! Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
