I got a call on my home phone and decided to ring them back. When a woman picked up, she told me she’s had a bunch of calls from folks claiming they were returning calls she never actually placed. Sounds like her landline's been taken over by some crooks. BT reckon they can’t track it since it’s all done through the internet. This first popped up last year and then showed up two more times just this week. Honestly, I think it’s pretty awful.
