Claimed he was ringing from BT Openreach about our internet service, which was curious as I'm not even with BT! He mentioned they'd observed some problems with my broadband and offered to help. Then he requested that I power up my computer and grant him remote access. Absolute nonsense! Clearly a scam attempt!
