Some bloke named Kevin from Microsoft rang me up and just kept shouting, "You're such a liar, a proper liar!" Honestly, I reckon Kevin’s not too chuffed with his gig.

I got a call from 01376310542 saying my PC had been hacked by some crooks and they needed to get into it. I just hung up and then rang the same number back from my PAYG phone. Managed to speak to someone else who gave me a code. When I told him it was a VoIP number, he called me an idiot and hung up abruptly. The caller had a strong Indian accent. I've reported everything to Action Fraud, who said they'd forward it to the Police.

Got a call from 01376310542 on 31st May 22 at 08:27, but it was dead silent. Then, less than half an hour earlier, 02897536536 did the exact same thing. Nothing said on either call! Later on, a withheld number rang at 08:50 which was also totally silent. Honestly, calling it harassing is being kind!

I received a call from 01376310542 on 31st May 2022 at 08:27, and guess what? It was another silent one! This has now happened twice within half an hour, as I had previously got a call from 02897536536 with the same outcome. To top it off, a withheld number rang me at 08:50, and guess what? No sound there either! It’s becoming quite the irritating pattern. I’d describe it as nothing short of harassment, albeit in a rather courteous term!

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Microsoft, trying to scam me - sounded like a typical Pakistani or Indian scammer. It’s best to report these dodgy calls to Action Fraud and also let your internet provider know. These scammers are the worst, honestly. Hopefully, they’ll get what’s coming to them sometime soon!

Some bloke said he was "Frank from Microsoft" saying my PC had some issue and that they’d messaged me about it. When I asked where exactly this message was, he just said it was in the admin section of my computer. Total rubbish if you ask me. I called him out as a scammer and told him he ought to be embarrassed. Didn’t bother him one bit. I’ve blocked the number and reported it already.

A woman rang me from an Edinburgh phone number, claiming that my device had been compromised by individuals involved in downloading child pornography. When I suggested she involve the police, she absurdly claimed that they don’t deal with cybercrime. I ended the call, but then she rang me again from this number, sounding quite hostile, insisting that I needed to travel to Reading to verify my identity, or else they would suspend my Microsoft account. It was rather unsettling as she had my name and address, which made the whole situation even more alarming.

I received a call from a rather articulate gentleman claiming that our computer had been compromised. We promptly ended the conversation, but to our surprise, he rang back straight away, questioning our abrupt disconnection. His tone took a rather hostile turn, and after I repeatedly shouted “SCAMMER!” at him for about thirty seconds, he went silent and disconnected the call.
