A guy rang saying he was from BT and already had my name and where I live. He offered a 25% discount on my landline if I was over 60, then asked for my DOB to check my age. I told him I don’t share personal info on the phone. He tried to assure me it wasn’t a scam and that my details would be protected. When he saw I wasn’t giving anything, he just said goodbye and ended the call.
