I got called again today by some scammer pretending to be from Amazon, using a new number 001993703345 - I guess cause I blocked the first one. It was that annoying robot voice talkin’ about a £39.99 Prime subscription renewal and telling me to press 1. Don’t fall for it, just hang up and if you can, block the number. These scammers are really persistent today!

I got a robocall claiming to be from Amazon, telling me my subscription would be renewed automatically - problem is, I don’t even have one! They said to press 1 if I wanted to cancel or ask about it, supposedly to talk to an account manager. Pretty sure it’s a total scam! From what I’ve read elsewhere, they try to get you to confirm some info and then say they’ll refund you, but it’s just a trick to steal your money. Best to ignore it and not press any buttons.
