This definitely seems like a dodgy call. They claimed my BT internet would be cut off in an hour and then asked me to press 1 if I was a BT customer or 0 for a different provider. Luckily, my missus answered and didn’t press anything. I reckon if you do press a number, it probably gets them nearer to snagging your info.
