I got a call from someone saying they were from the Telephone Preference Service. They said my call blocking had run out and offered to renew it with a free upgrade that would stop nuisance calls not just from the UK but abroad too. They said it was free, but then asked for my debit card info! When I asked them to spell the name of the company they supposedly worked for, they just hung up on me.
