Got a recorded call from someone claiming to be the National Insurance office, saying my number had been compromised and used for fraud in South Wales. They said if I didn’t press 1 to speak to an investigator, I’d face legal trouble for letting my number be involved. Totally a scam, classic trick. The number caller ID looked dodgy too, probably spoofed. Watch out for this sort of thing!
