I promptly reached out to BT’s fraud department, and they confirmed it was indeed a scam designed to infiltrate your system under the pretense of helping with an issue. It’s all a ruse to extract sensitive information! They also utilize other numbers like 01309653067 and 01363333662 for their dodgy calls. Stay vigilant, everyone!
