I received a pre-recorded message claiming that my BT broadband was about to be cut off due to unauthorized usage. They then instructed me to press 1 if I wanted to carry on or 2 for an alternative option. I promptly terminated the call. Clearly, this is a scam; if it were authentic, I would expect someone from BT to reach out directly. To top it all off, I'm not even a BT customer!
