Got a call saying it was Sky Broadband. After I ended the call, they rang me again but this time from a blocked number. They were asking about what gadgets I use and wanted me to test my internet speed. I had a gut feeling it was dodgy, especially since Sky had already issued warnings about this sort of scam. When I mentioned I'd call them back, they said I wasn't allowed to. They kept pushing for details but I refused to share anything. I asked them to prove they were really from Sky and then they just dropped the call. Total scam!

Today, I received a rather dodgy automated call that claimed to be from Talk Talk. The voice on the line warned me that my internet could be disconnected due to some unusual activity on my broadband connection. Quite absurd, really, especially since Talk Talk isn't even the company I’m signed up with!

Got a recorded call saying it was TalkTalk, warning me my internet service would be cut off starting today. Pretty sure if I had kept listening, they wouldve asked me to ring some number. I just ended the call straight away once the voice started blabbering.

every morning at around 9.10 am this number keeps calling me, sounds like some call centre from india with all the noise in the background. it’s really annoying and most times they dont say a word, probably coz i keep quiet hoping they speak first. wish there was a way to block these calls.

Got a call from someone claiming to be TalkTalk, but it was definitely a scam. Sounds like it was those Indian scammers. I've just blocked the number now.

Got a call from someone saying they were with talktalk. I've never even had talktalk as my provider! They wanted me to log into their system to fix some virus, which sounded a bit dodgy to me.

I got a call from a bloke named Alex Wilson who claimed our internet was hacked. He somehow knew our names too. I told him to ring back when my partner’s around. Meanwhile, I had a look online and found reports about him.
