Sounds dodgy to me. The call shows a UK number, supposedly from Frome, but I doubt the person’s actually calling from there. It’s probably some overseas scammer pretending to be local. They ring you up with a pre-recorded voice saying it’s BT warning you about your broadband having some issue and telling you to ring a certain number back. Best to ignore and don’t ever call those numbers - it’s not safe at all.
