Claimed to be from Virgin Media and when I requested them to reach me on my mobile, given I’m a Virgin customer, they persisted in asking for my number instead. I pointed out that they ought to have that information already. Moreover, they couldn't specify which department they were representing. They mentioned that someone had breached my Virgin Media account, but the woman, who had an Asian accent, was quite hard to comprehend. I ultimately ended the call – definitely a scam!
