I got a call from someone saying they were with Openreach about my internet. They had a really strong South Asian accent and you could hear loads of background noise like in a call centre. I just ended the call straight away.

So I got a call from a guy claiming to be with BT Openreach, saying there was a problem with our broadband router and that they wanted to send us a replacement. Thing is, our internet’s been fine and our provider isn’t even BT. Something about it just felt off, almost like a scam to me.
