3 yearsThe number seems local, but a guy with a strong Indian accent rang me up, claiming to be from BT. He told me my wifi had issues and that my download should be about 8.5Mb and upload 3Mb, although my actual plan is only 6.5Mb down and 1Mb up. He tried to get me to check error logs via eventviewer and then asked me to open ROMserver.exe. While spelling it out, he used odd instructions instead of usual computer terms. I got suspicious, told him I wasn’t comfortable running the file, and ended the call.
