Sounds like some dodgy robo call using a fake male voice, claiming to be a BT tech. They said my internet would get cut off in a day 'cos they found hacking on my IP. They tried to get me to press some buttons on my phone. Having a recording probably wouldn’t prove anything since it was clearly a robot voice.

Got a call from a woman with a British accent, saying something about BT cutting off my broadband unless I press 1 to keep it running... Just hung up and blocked the number straight away!
