5 yearsI received a call from a woman with a distinctly American twang, and she actually mentioned my name, which I found a bit odd since I didn't recognise the number. It showed up as being from Esher, England, but I seriously doubt that was the case. She claimed to be from some outfit called 'Brock' something or other-when I asked her to repeat it not once, but twice, I still didn't catch what the company was, which felt rather dodgy. It was almost as if she was mumbling on purpose to avoid me asking further questions. Then she went on about how my 'account' was in arrears-what account?
