Received a call today from someone saying they were from Vodafone, trying to discuss my contract because apparently I had extra charges and was nearly out of data. I checked my data usage while talking, and it was nowhere near the limit. When I asked where she got her info from, she claimed she had my account right in front of her and could see the data running low. I told her that wasn’t right, and then she just hung up abruptly. Also, there was quite a bit of background noise during the call.
