I received a rather dubious call today from someone purporting to be from Vodafone. They were keen to discuss my contract, suggesting there were additional charges and that I was nearing my data limit. However, while speaking with her, I quickly checked my data usage and discovered I was far from exceeding it. When I pressed her for the source of her information, she brazenly claimed to have my account displayed on her screen, insisting I was running low on data. I informed her that her facts were incorrect, after which she abruptly ended the call. The background din was quite distracting too!
