I saw a missed call from this number and rang back since it looked local. Turns out it’s a loan firm called Back on Track. Earlier today, I got two other calls from them but from different Manchester numbers - 0161 871 0849 and 0161 209 4880. Looks like their Manchester call centre can’t reach people, so they use local numbers to trick you into picking up.
