We've received calls from this number, but when we try to ring back, they hang up right away. If we do get an answer, it’s just a robotic voice saying no one is available to take our call before they disconnect. Quite baffling, really.

I declined to provide him with any information, but he insisted that he would continue to ring me relentlessly until I complied.
