Apparently, they think it was my fault in the accident, but it wasn’t. I just ended the call.

So irritating! I warned them I was recording and would report them to Action Fraud and the ICO. Didn’t faze them one bit. I’ve been notifying the ICO regularly, but they keep switching company names and phone numbers. Trying to block them on my phone is a complete waste of time.
