I got a call from some recorded voice claiming it was BT warning me my landline would be cut off today. They said to press 1 to talk to their ‘team’ or 2 to go ahead with disconnection. I just ignored it and did nothing, then they hung up after about 4 seconds. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
