some bloke called saying he was there to sort out my broadband upload speed and asked me to run teamviewer i kept him chatting for quite a while before finally ending the call didn’t feel right at all, seemed dodgy to me

Got a call from someone with an Asian type accent, a woman who said her name was Angelina, I think. She wanted me to run an internet speed test, claiming my upload speed was under 65Mbps and slow. Then she said she'd sort it out if I logged into TeamViewer. I just ended the call. About five minutes later, a bloke with a Chinese accent, calling himself Martin Jordan, rang back from 01375402358 and tried the same scam. When I told him I wasn't falling for it, he got really aggressive and started being abusive. Honestly, it felt pretty threatening.
