Had a rather dodgy phone call earlier, purporting to be from an unnamed Internet Service Provider. They were bleating on about some so-called “illegal activity” linked to my internet usage, threatening to sever my connection within a day if I didn’t respond. Naturally, I’ve done nothing of the sort, so it was a load of nonsense. Then they tried to get me to push a button to connect with someone-at which point I promptly ended the call. No way I’m being lured into calling a pricey premium number!
