Picked up the phone and could hear loads of people chatting in the background. After I kept saying “is anyone there?” someone finally answered. The bloke asked if he was speaking to me, but I told him to say who he was before I answered. He claimed to be David from the National Car Accident Claims Centre and said it was about an accident I had. I told him to stop wasting my time and hung up straight away.
