I received a rather dodgy call earlier from someone claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft, insisting that my internet had been hacked and that I needed to install some software immediately. Clearly, it was a scam attempt.

Got a call from an Asian bloke claiming to be from Microsoft, saying my internet was hacked or something. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Definitely a scam.

No message was left, so it’s probably just a scam.

As soon as it went to voicemail I hung up, and since none of my mates live near there, I reckon it’s just a scam.
