Blimey, it seems I've received a PPI reclaim call! They didn’t bother to leave a message, so when I returned the call, they mentioned something about a company named BPL (or was it Black Pearl?). The chap who answered was a bit of a muddle to understand-very faint line, and it was clear I was talking to someone in a call centre. Quite the experience, to say the least!

PPI reclamation outfit! They failed to relay a message. When I returned the call, it turned out I was dealing with a firm that specialises in reclaiming PPI.
