Somebody rang me pretending to be from Sky, saying they’d got loads of complaints about the internet round here and that they were doing an upgrade to both the service and security. Then they told me I’d need to update my security settings myself. I asked them to post me a letter with details about the changes and what I’d need to do, then I just ended the call.
