Received an unexpected call from an unfamiliar number. I answered but didn't say a word, just placed my phone down. The caller disconnected right away.

Received a call purporting to be from a life insurance firm. When I expressed my doubts and chuckled a bit, the caller snapped back, calling me a stupid b**ch and ordered me to quit laughing. When I mentioned I wasn’t sure who he was, he ominously replied, ‘You’ll become familiar with me, don’t fret’. Quite unsettling behaviour, to say the least!

Received a call purporting to be from a life insurance firm. When I expressed my scepticism and chuckled a bit, the caller got irate and told me to “quit laughing, you daft cow.” I replied that I had no idea who he was, to which he ominously remarked, “Oh, you’ll become familiar with me soon enough.” Quite unsettling, to say the least!

Claimed to be from Citizens Advice, but when I pressed them for details, they resorted to some very unpleasant language, telling me to get lost and used some rather colourful insults. It's outrageous how these con artists operate! Something really ought to be done about this sort of nonsense. They've now been blocked, of course!

I received a call from someone claiming to work for a financial institution, and he was inquiring about the total of my debts. I made it clear that I wasn’t comfortable sharing that sort of information. He then abruptly stated, “Alright, I’ll forward your details to the collection agencies,” before ending the call. It’s pretty evident this isn’t an actual reputable financial service!

It appears that this number originates from Dunbar in Scotland! What an absolute disgraceful lot they are! Honestly, I can't begin to express just how discourteous they come across!

I received a rather nasty phone call concerning debts that aren't even mine.

I can confidently say this is a dodgy racket! An Indian bloke rang me up, claiming I had an overdue balance. When I confronted him, pointing out that it was a scam—especially since he mentioned my young daughter’s name and claimed she’s in debt—his response was rather colourful! He resorted to calling me a “thick bint” and even suggested I “come over and give him a right good suck”. Honestly, that raises a few red flags for me regarding the legitimacy of this call. Quite laughable, really! 😂

I've received multiple calls from a number claiming to be from Citizens Advice regarding some so-called 'debt' issue. When I questioned them about it, they became rather irate and mentioned that they'd pass my number along to other departments, which would mean I'd be inundated with calls!

Received a call from some chap who started probing me with questions. I mentioned I had no clue who they were. Then he quipped, “You must be in England and still don’t know us?” When I asked him to reveal the company name so I could lodge a complaint, he lost his temper, shouted something along the lines of “bugger off, you cow!” and promptly disconnected the line. Seems like a fantastic business operation they’ve got going on here. 🙄

I've received numerous calls from an automated voice claiming there’s a £3000 charge on my Amazon account. They've attempted to contact me three times now and never bother to leave a message. It's clearly a scam!

I've received multiple calls from this number and I always avoid answering. I've come across various warnings indicating it's linked to a scam. Yet, despite that, they persist in trying to get through!

I was contacted by someone alleging to be from Citizens Advice, insisting I owe a debt from way back in 2003 and that I must pay it off immediately. Seems dodgy to me!

I've received two calls from this number today, both suggesting they're connected to credit management services. During the first call, they even went so far as to say they represented the Financial Services Authority. Quite concerning, really!

What a nuisance! I picked up the phone today, simply out of boredom, and ended up with nothing but silence on the other end. I've been registered with the Telephone Preference Service for roughly three years now, yet these irritating calls keep coming through. It really makes you wonder how outdated their contact lists are!

Received a call that appeared to be from 'Dunbar, Scotland'. The voice on the other end was that of a woman, with an Indian accent, claiming to work for some fictitious citizens advice bureau (which is not real!). She mentioned I apparently had outstanding debts linked to banks or credit cards. Upon my denial, she promptly cut the call. It's blatantly obvious this is a scam!

I received a rather peculiar call regarding my financial obligations, where the caller claimed they were reaching out to collect details and offer assistance. It seemed to be some sort of credit agency, the sort that operates out of a call centre, if you catch my drift. I decided to end the conversation abruptly.

I haven’t a clue who this could be. Judging by all the other remarks, it looks like they’re really making the rounds today. I missed the call, gave it a go to ring back, but the line was engaged. Definitely won’t bother attempting again.

I've been inundated with around twenty calls from various numbers, all peddling the same line about some credit service supposedly linked to Citizens Advice. Let me clarify, they have no affiliation with Citizens Advice whatsoever! I've blocked over a hundred numbers at this point, but the nuisance shows no sign of letting up. It's absolutely maddening!
