I received a call from an individual who appeared to be a typical scammer, complete with a noticeable foreign accent. My handset alerted me that the number was likely associated with fraudulent activity, yet I chose to pick up anyway. They insisted they were from UK Benefits, bombarding me with a barrage of questions, rather like market researchers or something of the sort. Quite suspicious, indeed!

On 30/06/2018 I picked up my landline after it rang a few times. When I answered, it was silent and nobody said anything. I kept trying to say hello but got nothing back.

Got a call from a BT Guardian number but nobody said who they were, so guessing it was some kind of scam or maybe just a call centre. Blocked the number straight away.
