Some bloke rang up but never said who he was. He kind of muttered about who he was working for and called it a ‘courtesy call’, whatever that means. I asked him straight up who he was representing and he kept skirting around the answer, then had the cheek to call me ‘love’. That really got on my nerves - some idiot paying for my number trying to be all familiar. I told him off for calling me that. Next thing, he said he was ending the call before things got messy. So yeah, can't tell you the company, but their call centre people are rubbish and haven't got a clue about manners.
