Some bloke claiming to be from TALK TALK rang saying my laptop and computer were all corrupted. When I said I wasn’t about to mess with any settings and mentioned I work in a legal office, he put me on hold to chat with his ‘Senior’. After a bit, he said someone would call back to help me enter some code - MH29ST or something like that. I hung up straight away, did some digging on scammers and it became clear they were just having a go to scam me!

This guy said he was from Talk Talk and told me my internet was running slow. He offered to fix it for me but the call just ended suddenly right after that.

I picked up and said hello, but nobody answered. Then suddenly, a click and a robotic woman’s voice just said, “Goodbye.” Weird experience!
