Recently, I had a rather interesting experience with Vodafone broadband. A few weeks ago, they were doing some work in my neighbourhood and unfortunately managed to nick a cable. On the day it happened, they actually came down my street to investigate whether they had disrupted anyone's internet or anything like that, which I thought was quite commendable. They even gave me a ring to check if everything was still functioning alright, and I'm pleased to report there was no pesky marketing or sales pitch involved! Although I'm not a Vodafone customer myself, I must say I was quite taken aback by the level of customer service they demonstrated in the aftermath of their little mishap!

This bloke claimed to be from Vodafone and tried to get me to answer some security questions. I just cut him off straight away. Then I rang Vodafone myself and they said that number ain’t theirs at all. Best to just block and ignore if you get calls from it.

I received a call from someone who mentioned my first name and claimed to be a local representative for some service-I didn’t quite catch the details. He seemed eager to discuss my, well, whatever it was he wanted. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time and hung up. Then, to my surprise, another call came in today, but I chose not to pick it up.

even tho im on the tps, this number wont stop ringing me. does tps even work? whenever they ring, they hear a message saying call guardian is blocking the call, yet they just keep trying and then hang up once they get it. dont think they get the hint they’re banned.
