Got a call in the middle of the afternoon from some robotic voice saying there’d been a charge on my card overseas just 15 minutes earlier. It told me to press 1 if I wanted to block it. No info on who was calling, what bank or card they meant, and no sign they actually knew who I was. It’s sad because some folks might panic and hit 1, falling right into the hands of scammers. Not me though, I wasn’t fooled by their tricks.
