I got a call saying my internet and BT phone line were about to be cut off.

Got a call saying they were from Talktalk and that my line was damaged and would be cut off unless I pressed 1 or 2 to fix it. It came right after I'd been chatting with Talktalk's tech support about a problem I’m having! Bit suspicious if you ask me.
