I received a call from this number, but my voicemail was active and there was no message left behind. I'm completely in the dark about who it might have been. I find that keeping the voicemail on constantly is a decent way to filter out pesky calls, and it seems to have worked this time. Still, I can’t shake off the curiosity about who tried to reach me!

I got a robo call warning me about some sketchy online activity and said they’d disconnect me if I didn’t stay on the line to speak to someone. Then this Asian lady came on, claiming she was from BT. I cut her off quickly and asked for my account number. She put me on hold for a bit, then came back saying she was tech support but the accounts team would have my details. So I asked her to tell me my name, and she just hung up straight away. Looks like a classic scam trying to scare you into paying something to avoid being cut off. But honestly, they won’t disconnect you for sure!

Got a robo call telling me there’s been some dodgy stuff going on with my account and that my phone line might get cut off. Ended up informing my landline provider about it straight away.

Got a weird automated voice saying there’s suspicious stuff happening on my phone and internet, and that my service’s gonna be cut off soon. Definitely a scam, watch out!
