Received a call on 13/09/2019 at 14:06. When I picked up, there was just silence on the other end for around 7 seconds before they hung up.

They ring me like 3 times every day, no joke. If they're not leaving a voicemail, then it’s probably nothing worth my time. Don’t fall for the area code trick, it’s from some auto dialler. I’ve blocked the number for now. Shame the ombudsman doesn’t actually crack down on this stuff properly.
